Well Russ I don't care how many boards are run within the company. AHZ has one board of directors.
You only ever pick out of my posts what you want and then find some way of twisting the story.
My solution to the dilution problem and hence consolidation is valid. It makes a lot of sense.
I was involved in a company pre-GFC that split at least 4 companies from the parent. A couple did extremely well and the parent company also thrived. It was a huge win for the shareholders.
It appears that you are very narrow in your views. Open your mind.
