Getting the facility now really starts to make sense. Imagine having the better product, that surgeries need, that people need, so they get the best chance at long term health, don't require re-op when their patch/implant/repair calcifies... so the damand is there, and imagine you can't keep up, and have to turn people away to a lesser product from a competitor. Good thinking to stay ahead of the curb on this one IMO.
