The old director does not concern me so much, as the new director already seems extremely occupied.
Geoff always liked people coming onboard that could give their full and undivided attention to the business - this was the mistake we made with Jayne when she came over from Qantas and was chopping and changing between her commitment to A2, and her distractions in other places.
Our Chinese director(s) are one of the most critical parts of our business at this time, with the brand heavily reliant on our Chinese consumer, and being hobbled by the daigou bottleneck right now. An experienced, connected and strong Chinese board member to continue growth in the brand - or are we rapidly focusing outside of China here?
