Company directors have resumed control of the business.
Now the business will require recapitalisation and most likely go in a different direction through acquisition or be utilised by another company by way of RTO.
Whatever direction it is there will be plenty of dilution to come.
This will all take some time to play out, don't expect to be trading out of this stock any time soon.
