Good question , what happen with that restructure and recapitalisation?. A number of alternatives were put forward and there was a very high level of agreement. Most importantly, this was very achievable. None of it would have resulted in the wipeout of any stakeholders. I suggest firing a few emails and phone calls to Woods next week to get some clarity about this. Talk about rubbish. If he wasnt going to pursue any of the orginal restructure, why not indicate it earlier.?
