2 things. 1) contact the administrator and ask what exactly has transpired here, because clearly this is very different to the representation made to the mkt, 2) contact ASIC. I am not a lawyer , however there does appear to be issues of disclosure.
As a shareholder, i dont recall recieving any notification from the administrator regarding recapitalisation proposals.
