I think existing shareholders will be entitled to 2% of their holdings. I am thinking this is like one of the proposals that was put to TEN till CBS got 100%. So if one had 100000 shares one ends up with 2000. Happy to be corrected; for that pittance I am not going to read 127 pages DYOR
