There is no guarantee that it will even go through. And how is this going to work upon relisting? You will have several bondholders who will have 98% of the companies equity and about 23000 odd with 2%. Does that even meet listing rules? There will probably almost 23000 odd lots with the other top 50-80 shareholders (previous structure) making up the rest . You have no spread. In effect they have destroyed their own market, why would anyone buy this stock later on let alone participate in capital raisings. .
