It's very odd that a litigator would take on something with such a small return possibility - couple of million. Who pays if the litigation gets no where over the coming years? How much would be left for SHs after litigators are paid. The anger of loss in this game drives some to seek answers at any cost. Each to there own. Shame really with gold showing so much potential and operations starting back. I'm diluted too but I'm still in it to get something back. One would presume an expensive time consuming exercise - lawyers and litigators, I'm no authority on the subject of course, nor do i care really.
