We should be looking at Swisswell LLC as it appears to be operating as a shell company out of a private residence in Baltimore, Maryland USA in my opinion.

There are legitimare reasons for a Shell company however as we find our company in administration, Steve, Jeff and Paul all leaving abruptly in the last 7 months right when Swisswell was on the verge of a launch, I honestly question the ethics and behavior.

I also question what is happening with Integrated Wellness Aquisition Corp whom is looking to extend till June 2024 to merge with a business combination. Their board is composed largely if ex Wellfully/OBJ Limited Execs and directors and the IP of Reduit and Swisswell fit their target criteria 100% along with the apparent facilities set up in Lugano (would love to see images of this facility) and Donguans facility. If we are a target, this is where we need to know our current and percieved value.

Shell companies have quite a reputation including for takeovers, transfering assets and all kinds of nonsense to scam the public and in particular in some US states etc etc... Administrators will need to thoroughly investigate the ultimate beneficiaries as Kirsten Bohl's address in Baltimore doesnt match up with Paul Peros and our operations as a company... Their are a couple of scenarios both fair and unfair to shareholders capital that I forsee when and if liquidation is the result.. Either way, the light needs to be placed on Swisswell LLC and who owns and controls it and.... its purpose!
