A few concerns and an important piece of the valuation puzzle for me atleast and for for all holders if we go into liquidation.

- Do we own this facility?

- Is this the one we purchased initially from Paul Peros or a seperate entity?

- Can two companies co exist for the same purpose to our brands in the case we do not own it? Is that legal to do in the case of what has been publically announced to date?

Some observations.

1. Facility has a rrasonable vsluation and has been hiring through the adminustrative period.

2. Our brands and company "Wellfully" is advertised in enough detail that one would believe this is a Wellfully Ltd shareholder set of companies.

3. The company is currently active.

We need to know if this is the wholly owned facility of Wellfully that we were told. If not then why not... Or how could that be?

Those in contact with Adminustrators or creditors should look deeper into the restructure, what has been announced and if that balances to the corporate/consolidated entities to seek these answers as I do not see anything relating to Wellfully SA and or these companies in the administration as announced so far.

AGM Today... A reminder of the following post giving a description of part of our company under the control of Paul Peros and Steven Schapera soon after we went into voluntary adminustration..

"Wellfully SA" should be and can be thoroughly investigated by the team at Pritchard Partners.

This part of Wellfully SA has a registered capital of 4.2 Million USD.

Swisseell LLC a US entity under Paul Peros control is also a part of our group that not a word has been said about.

The partners have expertise in overseas asset recoveries however thus far little has been done accept achnowledging they exist.
