    Trading whilst insolvent is the question to be asked.

    If they were - that is a problem for them.

    If they were and they were still advising the market of all the cash and sales they had - I would hate to be in their shoes.

    A lot of people have been hurt by this and if there was non disclosure or misleading of the market coupled with trading whilst insolvent - wow.

    All just my opinion
