There were no updates on funding these past months coz they were just letting the clock run down. Pappi promoted in that time is a good indication that he is in on the ruze to cut RES out of the deal. He will probably go over to Noble or some affiliated affirmative action bullsh!t entity associated with it.

This is what incompetence and corruption looks like.

Its actually inconceivable that no interest could be generated with the Chinese or Indians. Unless it was never their intention to get the deal done.

What i dont get is why they let it hang for so long.
