What's the chance of a no win no fee arrangement from a legal firm looking for work and experience on behalf of the shareholders to hold the directors to account for their actions. I would just give it to the junior lawyers as a project to further their experience.
Otherwise they will just keep doing this over and over! It looks like mxc may be the next ASX small cap to fall with a similar director?
At least the junior lawyers could get some experience from this, as I am sure we would get absolutely nothing.
On a side note, anyone have any tips to recoup our losses in the current market.
I've been a follower of @PeterKing for a while, it would be good to hear his thoughts again on the current environment.
