So the appointment of administrators should clear up the question of who pulled the plug on the CQA/PON deal. Think about it, why would CQA pull out of the acquisition of PON if the alternative was going into administration? It's clear to me that PON pulled out of the deal because they simply were uncomfortable with CQA management and could not trust them sufficiently to proceed.
