"supposing the deal had gone ahead, what actual assets and income does P1 have that might have saved CQA from administration last week?"
Maybe P1 was afraid that CQA was in dire financial straights and pulled out because of the very risk of CQA administration? P1 had more to lose than CQA in this transaction. P1 is still operating, whilst CQA is now in administration. So for CQA to make a decision to pull out of the P1 deal, the only option for them was to go into administration. Tell me why that was a good decision for CQA shareholders?…..
