I would have to agree. I never purchased shares, I have always watched this stock to see if the board could turn it around. They appointed Chris Adams who has bad track record and then the C7 guy resigned, I think this was the beginning of the end. It should just be wound up and they should put a new venture into it. Hopefully you can recover some $$ on the other side of this mess.
