Lilac, I eagerly await a reply from stevo regarding the tax agent's view. I don't know how this will pan out, but I fear that we might have to go back and modify last year's tax return. Gees, I hope not.
I have to pursue this as it is worth about $19k in a tax rebate.
As for a class action, I don't think stupidity or incompetence is a crime. I don't think you could get an admission of malfeasance without a rack and thumb screws. Creditors maybe, but not shareholders.
