My guess is that Macquarie will be taking any offer that gets close to Calidus's outstanding debt, leaving not a penny more for shareholders. And they'll be lucky to even get that; the plant may be decent but it's next to a 3rd rate deposit, with tens of millions of dollars to spend with no guarantee of extending LOM. As for Nulagine, that's actually cursed
