I think the question should be, if production guidance for June quarter was met, Calidus would be able to pay down the majority of the owed payments to MAH. Obviously this wasnt the case which is why MAH issued a letter of demand. And MAH are most initmate with the production outcomes.
Even 10m couldnt be paid to MAH? This leads me to believe production for June quarter was completely shit and theres something seriously wrong with the operations, which DR would have been hiding to public shareholders all along.
