Doesn't anyone else think the timing is strange?
MAH allegedly submitted a letter of demand during the quarter where production rates have seemingly improved and they would have intimate knowledge of this. Again, I need to see the production report this week to confirm.
I think this might be a play by MAH to convert their debt into equity or a convertible note. Otherwise, CAI and MAH would have agreed to a payment plan. Pure speculation.
