Thats a pretty fair assessment i think...
-burn the remaining shareholders contributions to zero to subsidize further gold production... to avoid any financial liability and criminal liability on previous caps raising. Closing the doors immediately would make them look bad
-say publicly 'yea we tried'
-spend all the last shareholders money on mining the bank's/and other bigwigs money from the pit... simply burn it to ground $0...and then cut shareholders loose.
-sell off the remaining pits and leave gcy with a clean record/an office /and some tools. Rename the company and continue gold exploration as a phoenix.
