Ferrier Hodgson will be gobbling it up at about $1,000 per hour at least IMO.
Co. appointed administrators are usually very lax at finding Dir. related scams and tend to gloss over them.
Maybe not in this case, but I've seen backroom deals done to quieten down the largest/noisiest creditor and the rest get even less.
