Shareholders put a lot of faith in management to act ethically and diligently. More so in regards small caps that tend to fly under the radar. This is a prime example of reckless management and 'arguably' self interest at play. If there is a clear lesson for anyone "new" to investing in small caps, it is to be mindful of who is piloting the ship. As many have stated before, you can have the best of assets/resources but its no good if the true potential/value can't be extracted.
We still have a few hurdles to clear however, I am quietly confident the assets will live up to expectation.
