AMG Mining AGexploration in this region. The agreement remains on foot.
AMG is the majority owner of exploration and mining licenses in Mozambique, including a
mothballed processing facility adjacent to the Company’s Ancuabe project. The agreement with
AMG is limited to a letter of intent to form a strategic alliance with the Company in regard to
Ann: Administrators' Update-TON.AX, page-60
