I understand your point but do not agree. How do you go from everything is great to administration in a matter of months? Potentially fatal issues do not come about overnight. They are usually visible to management and the board for quite a while but they refuse to acknowledge their existence and do not announce them as it will kill the SP and cause problems. The old ‘this came out of nowhere’ surprise is just rubbish from the management and board.
why did some of the directors resign just before administration without suitable explanation ?
