For the avoidance of doubt, the acquisition excludes the processing facility and open pit and underground mines at Thalanga. Accordingly, Sunshine assumes none of the associated care and maintenance costs and rehabilitation liabilities

Hence not sure what will happen to the plant from RVR's point of view. Guessing SHN didn't want to be forking out money for the plant as they're more interested about in ground resources.
