This certainly seems like a huge scam. The last few years the CEO was constantly doing interviews about how great things were and the huge prospects for the business whilst either oblivious to the risks or hiding them from shareholders. Seems hard to swallow that you can go from blue sky and sunshine one day to administration the next without explaining to holders why you missed all the warning signs.

gross incompetence by the CEO and board. I was about to buy but was warned by a close friend not to trust them. I owe him.
