My reading is that all the directors are wanting a lot of options "post" consolidation, the 2 mil your speaking of is only 1/3 of the options we are being asked to vote through. Post consolidation on todays sp means some of these these options are almost in the money already even before the changes go through and this is on top of salaries.
1:2 consolidation on todays sp would equate to 2.4c per share and if we hit 1.5c again that would equate to 3c a share.
The mgt does not have to climb very high to earn most of these "incentives" - I would rather give all of them even more options but exercisable at 5c post consolidation with a 6 month expiry on them.
5c post consolidation is only 2.5c now!
