It was based on the original survey of quantities of iron ore (tonnage), then I multiplied the quantity by the $ per tonne of iron at the time, with assumed losses.
This estimate I made was before this latest survey came out, where now we have an NPV, and a known 15 year life. In addition, the current market conditions have changed due to predicted upcoming saturation of supply (in my opinion), and poor economics for China. All in my own opinion; I could be completely wrong.
My personal fundamental analysis view of ADY, albeit novice, has changed.
I've bought into PER; completely different industry but company is aiming for a $4B USD market in pharma. And in May too (always aiming for long term hold, with focus on companies with major transformational milestones).
