It took me 3-4 months to transfer my shares into Interactive brokers account. Link kept saying that my IB account is not registered with CREST. I ended up giving Link contact details of person handling this at IB, they contacted each other and resolved the issue and my shares were transferred within a few days.

If commsec can't figure out how to make things happen, you can always switch to a different broker. Commsec will charge you ~$40 for trades on LSE, while at IB you will only pay a fraction of that cost ~$10.

I'd give them another week or so, if nothing happens - move to another broker.
