ICQ have a management team who have worked in successful online businesses in the past, so the 'know-how' is there and I think if they can convert classifieds in to $$ and turn cash flow positive within 3 yrs, this stock will not be at $0.30, it will be magnitutudes higher. It is almost certain that the use of the Internet as a medium for the exchange of goods and services in Asia will grow exponentially over the next decade, just as it did in developed economies.
Mirabokka is on the register too which is a good endorsement even at this early stage.
I have been watching since 20 cents and stepped up last week when it temporarily dropped below 30 cents.
