Just contacted Market Index who gave no explanation why it was not on the list but the list will be updated during weekend.
You’re certainly on the ball!
I can confirm that A2M is officially in S&P/ASX100 as per display on the ASX website: http://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/a2m
Changes on Market Index are applied on weekends (intra quarter changes are rare).
