I would definitely call it a material cap raise.
£2.4 million raised at a terrible price of 1.5c.
A 32% discount on what you could receive for CLA a couple of weeks ago.
Much worse than 32% for long term holders.
An extra 300.000.000 new shares issued (rounded up slightly).
Now 1,800,000,000 shares on issue. (approx again).
Not good for loyal shareholders. Where is the value in that?
I would definitely call it a material cap raise. £2.4 million...
