I’m going to speculate on the ‘strategic’ investment. I think this means bringing in a larger miner to not only help with the financing but also to eventually help with (ie do) the mining - MOD really are an R&D company proving out a concept rather than a ‘miner’.

I envisage a 15% placement (say $10m), potentially raising money for Tshukudu rather than MOD, followed potentially by a farm in style arrangement - monies to go toward exploration only.

I think Lundin mining is the #1 pick in my books - a global base metals miner who have played in Africa before in Tenke (DRC) and the chairman (Lukas Lundin) has experience in Botswana as currently operating the diamond company Lucara there and has been for some time.

This is pure speculation.
