This really is great news As a U.K. Investor I have not been able to buy MOD via my broker and AU$ shares can't be held in my pension or tax free savings account. This will give me and many other uk investors the first opportunity to buy MOD shares and I'm certain that it will be very well supported.
My investment in MOD has so far been via MTR shares and I wish all LTH in both companies the best of luck.
