    Absolutely. The issue is I just bought more MEP, and they don't show up immediately on the registry, which means when I enter my HIN, the site says I have no holdings ("computer says no!"). So I'm forced to wait for that update before I can accept the offer. But that might be irrelevant, as we'll probably cross the 90% threshold before "computer says yes".
