I'm actually going to wait 1-2 weeks before I do ANYTHING.
If you read the details, it states that once you accept the deal you can't un-accept and ADN gets your shares.
I can't see how Immerys or maybe another unknown player in the cement, HPA, carbon tech space, hydrogen, or Chinese firm doesn't take a crack at MEP.
From MEP the 25% CAPEX/OPEX is a big deal (and part of the reason we need to do this deal) but, for a larger player, it's pocket change.
IMO, Immerys (or someone else) takes a crack at all of ADN in the next few years at $2-5B. Grabbing 25% of it now for 150M seems like a no-brainer.
Yes, it would be a cash deal but, ADN shares would also get x% cheaper by what the 2nd bidder offers (likely an extra 15% IMO), Then ADN would need to up that by 10%+ if it still wanted MEP. It could get fun.
I'd personally then buy the discounted ADN shares but, that's just me.
2 weeks should be enough time to see if anyone else wants 30 years of GW cashflow/product and 50% of Nano JV.
If ADN gets 30%-40% of MEP shares early. It scares a few away.
Not advice, just my opinion and what I'm likely going to do.
