accept the ADN shares formally and let's get it up to that 80% ..

it's not going to be easy and it will take a while for everyone to fully process this but I cannot stress the importance of obtaining 'scrip roll over relief' which is no certainty and is subject to certain conditions, most significant of which is the 80% figure.. trust me when i say that without 'scrip rollover relief', there will be CGT pain.. less for me because I'm aleady at discounted CGT post 12 months but no CGT is heaps better than discounted CGT anyday
