How do I reject the Offer?
To reject the Offer, you should do nothing. If you decide to do nothing, you should be aware of the rights of Andromeda to compulsorily acquire your Minotaur Shares in certain circumstances.

They should have change this to Accept the offer do nothing !!!!! now shareholders who don't respond will be counted as rejecting the offer instead of neutral or abstain from voting or not counted
