Its relief more than anything. Its crazy that getting a ML has to be so dramatic. Im waiting for an environmental approval at work and weeks just tick by. So hard to plan. Got $10m of equipment we will roll the dice on and order regardless. I could go on but wont. DoE needs to be staffed adequately.
