After a review of the bidders statement, I'm of the understanding that foreign holders are absolutely able to accept the offer however the entity is only entitled to a cash settlement in lieu of ADN shares (ref: section 14.2(b))
Those unaware of the deal is an issue, but it's unlikely an issue attributed to MEP/ADN. They only have information available to them from the register. It's not their remit to call every I.P FREELY in the yellow pages... Others on here have commented that they've received multiple phonecalls/emails which is the same in my experience.
Not having a crack, simply suggesting that not every issue's root cause falls under the umbrella of 'management' .
