As of last annual report over 85% of shares were held by 722 holders who had more than 100,000 shares ($20k). Only just over 1% held 10, 000 shares or less. I doubt some of the 722 weren't contacted. Top 20 20th had 3mill shares. Doesn't take too many holding out to make that 10% but they certainly aren't the small holders, they didn't hold enough to make a dent and whether they were contacted seems of little consequence to me.
