its VWAP so less likely to be manipulated. sending 10 shares into the Bid will mean nothing; and I do believe any of the founder share holders won't be selling, so there is little stock.
if they want to drop the VWAP they need to dump volume, I'm guessing some of us will be happy to accept an offering.
I'm awaiting a SRN number in the mail from computershare so I can add my Issuer Sponsored Holdings to Chess Sponsored HOldings. Pedantic me....
