Looking at it another way, ADO has effectively increased staff resources by 10 with no operational cost.
As for what was done for Bangs, you still have to customize for each client, which is why you need more resources.
I can't see this as remotely negative. Look at what ADO has managed to achieve with such a small staffing base.
