nearandnow, I must ask, have been living under a rock since July 2009, the date Gandel took control of the BoD. JT resigned Nov 2010 and the recent highly suspicious spin-out proposal came to light in April 2011. To blame JT for the recent mess is a way off track as clearly Gandel was the mastermind behind the recent curious events. The buck stops with Gandel!
