Small volume, probably spooked small position short term traders. Waiting for this resources upgrade announcement to come. Then the DFS end of this year or beginning of next one. Personally I don't expect any offtakes before the DFS but who knows...... We should be closing the year around 1.50-1.70 pre DFS, and around 2.80-3.00 after the DFS. All in my opinion.
