May I ask, knowing what you know in the long hold if you looked at this with fresh eyes today would you buy at this level?

Have just started my DD on this, price looks cheap and seems like they're pretty much on track. Graphite flake not been doing too well but future seems bright. Capex seems near complete.

Please tell me what Im missing apart from the usual issues/delays.
