I fully understand delays occur. What I should be asking you is, what signs will you need to see to confirm the funding has been unsuccessful, I have come up with the following you are more than welcome to add your own?
Drawdown of funds from BMCG's US$10mil facility?
WKT calling a GM to ratify the backup shares issues?
An ASX announcement confirming the company is looking at alternative funding options?
