I'm curious why you feel its a third rate retail concept? If anything its simply copying the eBay and amazon models which I wouldn't describe as third rate. If anything they are running a business thats got a normal idea. Nothing innovative about them but there is a clear gigantic gap in the market for a pure play beauty seller like ABY.
I personally dislike them due to the high potential to destroy SME beauty brands in Aus/NZ but I can still see the gigantic gap in the market for the service they offer.
